Linda Harvey was last seen by her sister at her home on the 40000 block of Woodhaven Road in Philadelphia at approximately 2 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 12, police said.
Harvey is described as 5-foot-10, weighing 150 pounds, with brown eyes and black and white hair. She has a thin build, uses a cane, and often wears necklaces and bracelets, authorities said.
She is known to frequent Center City and Southwest Philadelphia, police added.
